Packing Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and Shipping fees (If applicable), include handling, packing fees, Logistics partner cost and postage costs if any as well as government taxes. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and type of product. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect objects.

To ensure that your package reaches you on time, we normally take 5 to 7 working days for shipment in Bengaluru and 10 days for out of Bengaluru. Whenever there is no stock to get the stock ready it might take longer time to pack and ship the product. Sometimes there may be delay due to unexpected or situations beyond our control.
